This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Xalistore.com.
How to Start a Return
You may return an eligible item by mail. Please contact customer support for return instructions and the return address before sending your item back.
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
Please include your order number or other proof of purchase with your return request.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: return shipping is free
- Change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
Return Processing
Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- custom or personalized items
- used items not in original condition
- items damaged after delivery due to misuse
